Situated on the level and only 50 yards from the lovely Babbacombe Downs that overlook the beaches and Lyme Bay, the property is detached, surrounded by a large lawned garden and has ample car parking within its own grounds.

Blue Conifer is a small and select Torquay Guest House with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The resident proprietors wish all the guests to 'feel at home' and room keys are provided for access at all times.

Within walking distance of the hotels are all the amenities you could wish for; parks and gardens putting greens, tennis courts, golf course, bowling green, shopping precinct and the world famous Model Village.

Step out of our front door and you are virtually on Babbacombe Downs and seafront with dramatic views over Lyme Bay, breathtaking cliff walks and coastal paths.

The seafront offers a wealth of restaurants and entertainment venues, but still keeps its own sophistication.

Immediately below the Downs, accessible on foot or by the Cliff Railway, are Babbacombe and Oddicombe beaches offering safe bathing and superb facilities.

All guests have access to our large balcony, with it's panoramic views across Lyme Bay.

Guests are also welcome to make use of our sun trap garden.

Breakfast, which is served in our attractive dining room, overlooking the garden, consists of:-

Fruit juice, cereals, fruit, yoghurt,

followed by a traditional full English breakfast, with fresh eggs cooked to your liking,

Coffee, choice of teas and toast with preserves.

There is a good selection of books and games in our resident's lounge.

We also have a comfortable sun lounge for our guests to relax in.

For our guests convenience, we also have ironing facilities, hairdryer and free wi-fi access.

Our versatile accommodation can offer double, twin bedded, family and single rooms.

We also have a large ground floor room, which is popular with people who are less mobile.

All bedrooms are fully en suite, with either shower or bath with overhead shower.
