Welcome to Galmpton Touring Park in Galmpton, Brixham Devon
Galmpton Touring Park is an award winning family park in a stunning location catering exclusively for touring caravans, tents and motorhomes. We also have two holiday cottages and two studios.

Facing south and west we benefit from the sun from rise to set. Our two separate caravan and camping fields enjoy spectacular views over the broadest reaches of the River Dart. As well as electric hook-ups we offer some deluxe pitches with electric hook-up, water connection and sink waste drain.

By choice we do not have a bar or swimming pool. Onsite facilities for children include a play area of slide and swings plus ample space for ball games.

We only accept families and couples. Sorry no dogs in main season. Excellent toilet/shower facilities including disabled and new Under 5's bathroom. Dishwashing and laundry. Special off-peak reductions and club membership discounts.

Galmpton Touring Park provides a quiet base from which to explore Torbay's attractions, we are central to Brixham, Paignton, Torquay, Totnes and Dartmouth. Broadsands Beach and the Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway are only five minutes away by car, 'Quay West' wet and wild waterpark and Paignton Zoo within 15 minutes.

With many nearby sandy beaches, quiet walks and river trips, there is plenty nearby for children and adults alike. Surrounded by countryside we are a short walk away from the local village shops and a pub which serves good food. Access from the main road is only half a mile.

Pitching is arranged to ensure maximum views. When booking we will choose the best available pitch for your needs, and on arrival you will be pesonally show to your pitch.

Much of the park has been terraced to provide level areas. As well as 10A electric hook-ups for both tents, motorhomes & caravans, we also offer 'Deluxe' pitches for caravans with water and drain connections.

Reception and our on-site shop adjoin our house which is situated beside the only entrance to the park. We stock a range of groceries, ice-creams and camping equipment. Newspapers and locally baked bread can be ordered, croissants & baguettes are particularly popular.

For the things that we do not have, our local Post Office/General store has an extensive range including many locally sourced goods, there is also an excellent butcher in the village - great for BBQ's. Sainsbury's is also within easy reach.

We have two cottages and two studios available to rent throughout the year. Cottage 1 sleeps a family of four, Cottage 2 sleeps two/three and both the studios sleep two. Our customers have found that as well as providing accomodation for themselves, the cottages and studios can provide accomodation for friends or relatives who do not wish to camp.
