Welcome to Broadleigh Farm Caravan and Camping Park
Broadleigh Farm Park is a 9 acre Caravan and Camping Park set in the beautiful South Devon countryside. Situated halfway between Paignton and Totnes, it is perfectly positioned to take advantage of all that South Devon has to offer.

There are walks galore close-by or, in half an hour, you can be on Dartmoor with a vast area of open countryside for pleasure and solitude.

Within a few minutes drive are several beaches, safe for children, or any number of small bays and rocky coves. Broadleigh is close to the small village of Stoke Gabriel, where there is a shop, pubs and a Post Office; it sits on the banks of the River Dart. Just a few minutes away, lie Paignton, Brixham and Torquay with many restaurants, bars and shops. Just a little further are Plymouth and Exeter.

There are 3 separate fields that make up the caravan and campsite - a 5 pitch CL site (Caravan Club Certified Location), an 80 pitch holiday park (main site) and a 50 pitch rally field. The rally field has a separate service block from the CL and main site. The three fields are linked in a L Shape but separated by traditional 'Devon hedges'.

We are still a working farm, farming 400 acres, which includes 15 acres of cider apple orchards from which we make our very own scrumpy cider. Click here to visit our Hunt's Cider website.

Dogs are allowed, but must be kept on a lead at all times. There is a separate dog walking field.

  • Close to the coast and sandy beaches
  • Only one mile from the historic River Dart, and the village of Stoke Gabriel
  • Taste traditional farmhouse cider, and locally made ice cream
  • Picturesque and tranquil surroundings

The land surrounding Broadleigh is all farmed by us. You will be able to see our cattle grazing in fields adjacent to the caravan site, and sheep grazing in our cider apple orchards.

We have a beef herd of 80 cows, and keep a small flock of 80 sheep.

We farm 400 acres in total. The remainder of the land is grassland, some is cut for silage and hay, and the remainder grazed by our animals throughout the summer. We also keep geese, turkeys and chickens. Eggs are available to buy in reception which come from a neighbouring farm.

It is important to stress that we are a working farm, and that the caravan site is separate from the day to day running of the farm work. We are not a petting farm, and can not offer you a hands on farming experience.
