The apartments occupy an enviable position overlooking the busy and historic harbour, that is not only home of one of the oldest fishing fleets in the land, but also the centre for many water based activities and action sports.

Brixham town centre is only a few minutes walk away, and is bristling with shops, restaurants, provision stores, pubs, food takeaways, a library, museum, an information office, and bus services to all surrounding places if interest in and out of the bay. On the Town Harbour you can book boat trips, to go fishing or leisure cruising or take the ferry across the bay to Paignton and Torquay.

Across the road and down the steps, puts you on the Marina path leading to a half mile walk along the top of the Breakwater or a visit to the adjacent beaches and open air pool. The coastal paths to Berryhead, Sharkham Point, or around the bay can be walked, starting right from your front door.
