Centrally situated overlooking the harbour. `The Beacon' is in a unique position, with panoramic views over the town, harbour and bay. Very close to main Shopping centre, beaches, theatres and nightlife.	There is sailing and fishing from the harbour, Boat trips can be made to other parts of Torbay. It is a very good centre for day excursions by coach or car and is close to coach/ railway station.
The flats are particularly suitable for families with children, with quiet surroundings for couples during the early and late seasons.	All flats are self-contained with own front door, comfortably furnished, including colour TV and maintained to a high standard.
Central heating. Electricity by £1 meter. Extra linen/blankets on requests. Kitchens are fully equipped with refrigerator, full- size cooker, microwave etc. Tea towels are also provided. Pets welcome subject to a small charge. Own bath/shower room. Cots available where requested. Laundry facility, adequate outside drying lines. Private car park. Attractive garden for guests overlooking harbour.

First Floor No 5. A spacious flat with panoramic views from all windows. Lounge with pull down bed. Bedroom with double and bunk beds. Kitchen/Breakfast room. Bathroom.

PRICES INCLUDE BED LINEN AND TEA TOWELS. HAND AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT SUPPLIED. COTS AND HIGH CHAIRS ARE AVAILABLE AT NO EXTRA COST. COT LINEN PROVIDER ON REQUEST AT NO EXTRA COST.	DOGS WELCOME: COST £15 PER WEEK PER PET. DOGS TO BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES AND NOT LEFT UNATTENDED IN FLAT. A DEPOSIT Of 25% IS PAYABLE WHEN A FIRM BOOKING IS MADE. THE BALANCE IS PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL. DEPOSITS ARE NON- RETURNABLE EXCEPT AT THE DISCRETION OF THE PROPRIETOR.
IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO RE-LET. WHEN THIS IS POSSIBLE THE BALANCE Of PAYMENT WILL NOT BE CHARGED. A HOLIDAY CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS ADVISABLE.	THE FLATS ARE TO BE USED ONLY BY THE PEOPLE WHOSE NAMES APPEAR ON THE BOOKING FORM. TO ALLOW FOR THOROUGH CLEANING FLATS ARE NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL 3.00PM ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL AND MUST BE VACATED BY I0.00AM ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE.
