We extend a warm welcome to you at Big Tree Holiday Flats.

The Flats are ideally situated for a happy and carefree holiday, within a few minutes easy walk of Goodrington Sands and Park, the Cliff Gardens, Paignton Harbour and Paignton Beach. We are centrally located in beautiful Torbay, just five miles from Torquay in one direction, and the same distance from picturesque Brixham in the other. Shops, Cinemas, Theatres, Railway and Coach Stations are all nearby. Torbay Leisure Centre is 400 yards away for those who enjoy indoor Swimming, Squash, Badminton, etc.

Torbay is delightfully situated on the south coast, but faces east, thus it is protected from the prevailing southwest airstream, and yet warmed by the Gulf Stream. Not without reason it is known as the English Riviera! Torbay is an excellent centre for touring, being within easy reach of many beauty spots and interesting places such as: Dartmoor National Park including Widecombe and Dartmoor Prison, Brixham, a quaint old fishing village, Dartmouth, and the beautiful River Dart, The Dart Valley - a delightful experience when travelling by steam locomotive from Paignton station.

The five flats form a separate purpose built block in the garden of Big Tree House. They offer comfort, convenience and cleanliness, and are comprehensively equipped for easy self catering. Each flat has its own front door and therefore having your own key you are free to come and go as you please. All flats have colour TV. and wall convector heaters and the kitchens have full size cooker, refrigerator, ample cupboard space and good working surfaces, as well as plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Towels and table linen are not supplied, but freshly laundered bed linen is supplied at no extra charge. Continental quilts on beds are standard in all the flats.

Washing lines are provided in the garden, an electric iron and ironing board is freely available.
Ample car parking space on the premises.
Electricity is supplied by coin meter.





May we remind you that the climate in South Devon is gentle and mild — even out of season and that a holiday here can be very enjoyable in Spring, Autumn and Winter when tariffs are lower and roads less crowded.

Flats may be occupied from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Enquiries should state the dates required, with an alternative if possible and the number of persons to be accommodated.
Bookings are from Saturday- Saturday in the peak season but may be from any day and for any period in early and late season.
Accommodation is offered subject to being available upon receipt of acceptance and is only to be occupied by its persons agreed in its booking reservation.
Additional persons may be added by prior arrangement.
