There are numerous pretty Devon villages in the surrounding area as well as stunning country and coastal walks. The rural splendour of Dartmoor with its walking, horse riding etc., is only a half hour car journey away.

There is a wide range of quality self catering holiday accommodation at Crossways and Sea View. From Studio apartments sleeping 2 people, to larger apartments sleeping up to 6. All furnished and equipped to the highest standards

We also have charming and sunny cottages and a bungalow, sleeping up to 6 people with up to 3 bedrooms. Again, all well furnished and equipped for your comfort and enjoyment.

Some accommodation has its own outside patio and seating areas overlooking the spacious garden and enclosed children’s play area with a view of the countryside.

Copper Tree Cottage Sleeps:6   Bedrooms:3

Copper Tree is a semi - detached three bedroom cottage, with two double bedrooms and a twin room with 2" 6' beds. The lounge has comfortable seating, a dining table with chairs and a TV and video recorder.

There is a separate kitchen with a fridge freezer and microwave oven. Heating is provided by night storage and panel heaters. The bathroom which is situated on the first floor has a bath, toilet and wash basin. In the high season electricity is included in the tariff, in the low season electricity is charged from a meter reading taken on the day of departure.

Outside there is a patio with a table and chairs overlooking the spacious garden and enclosed children’s play area with a view of the countryside.
