in the village, Millbrook overlooks the millpond, Dart creek and the older part of Stoke Gabriel, which is just a couple of miles from Paignton - Brixham. Situated on a hillside, it is less than five minutes stroll from the centre of the village.

A detached bungalow, sleeping 4/5 people, Millbrook is very well furnished and equipped as it was originally our own holiday home.

It is approached up steps from the two car parking area and has sloping lawns to the front and rear.

There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin with an extra slide out bed.
It has an open plan dining/living area with a colour T.V. and video player.

The gas 'woodburning stove' is both attractive and efficient and sliding glazed doors lead into a large sun room with small balcony, which fully exploits the delightful view.

The modern kitchen with wooden units and hardwood working surfaces has an electric oven with gas hob.
There is a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave etc., and sufficient crockery and cutlery for 6 is provided. To the rear of the kitchen, the utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is a new bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and lavatory and a second basin and lavatory in an adjoining cloakroom.

Duvets and pillows are provided. All you need to bring are towels and linen.

The property is centrally heated and double-glazed and is extremely warm and comfortable.
