Guy's Cliffe is situated in one of the most convenient level parts of Paignton within a very short stroll of the Preston/Paignton beaches, buses, shops, entertainment, etc, but in a quiet residential corner.

It has its own private car park and garden to the rear of the property. There is a parking place for each apartment.

APARTMENT 1-1st Floor
A bright sunny lounge/kitchen with double bed settee. Large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. Large family shower room, with shower, toilet and washbasin, across landing.

APARTMENT 2-sea peeps-1st Floor
A spacious 4 roomed apartment. Comfy lounge with double bed settee and Teletext TV, looking onto the garden. Kitchen/diner with microwave, with views across to Torbay. Large bedroom with one double and two single beds. Shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin.
Sleeps 2 to 6 people.



APARTMENT 3-sea views-2nd Floor
Cosy lounge with double bed set in alcove, double bed settee abd dining table, looking out onto garden. Kitchen with sea views. Under eves breakfast bar dining area. Large bedroom with one double bed and two single bed arranged as bunks, with sea views looking across Torbay towards Torquay. Family shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin with sea views.
Sleep 2 to 6 people.

APARTMENT 4-2nd Floor

Lounge/kitchen with double bed settee, looking out onto garden. Large bedroom with one double bed and two single beds arranged as bunks. Shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin.
Sleeps 2 to 5 people.

  • All apartments have thier own full size electric cooker, refridgerator, microwave, colour television, electric heating, shower and toilet facilities.
  • They are fully carpeted throughout and comfortably furnished.
  • Bed linen and holiday insurance are included in the price.
  • Cots and highchairs are available on request at no extra charge.
  • Each apartment has it's own electric slot meter which accepts £1 coins.
  • Fully covered by fire precautions.
  • There is a car park and garden at the rear of the property, with a parking place for each apartment. Drying facilities and picnic table are located within the garden area. An 'Aussie' style BBQ is available if required.
  • Children's games, playing cards, jigsaw puzzles, etc are available for customers use.
  • Couples and families are most welcome, but we regret that we cannot accept stag and hen parties.
  • Pets may be accommodated by prior arrangement in Flat 1. Please ask for further details.

You are welcome to phone on arrival as your apartment may be ready, or you may park and leave your luggage if you wish.
