The Newburgh Hotel is a non smoking family run guesthouse which is tastefully and comfortably decorated, ideally situated within Torquay's premier tourist accommodation area of Belgravia, a short level walk to the beach, Riviera conference & leisure centre, Torquay's town centre, and the theatre.

The main rail and coach stations are only a short distance away and arrangements can be made to collect you, please call to discuss your requirements. There is a private car park at the rear for three cars, and unrestricted parking in Scarborough Road.

From the guesthouse you will enjoy one of the most advantageous positions in Torquay, on the level, very convenient and yet set away from the hubbub created by one of the most successful resorts in Europe. In fact the ideal guesthouse in which to unwind whether it be for a full fortnight, week, long weekend or short midweek break.

Since being under new management and having undergone a refurbishment completed in January 2005, The Newburgh now benefits from the English Tourist Association Three Diamonds Award. The Newburgh is an early Victorian property, built in 1861.

At the Newburgh we have five en-suite rooms, plus one double with a private bathroom. All rooms have tea & coffee facilities, a hairdryer, a smoke detector, and a colour television.
A full English breakfast is served using good quality ingredients, all cooked freshly whilst you enjoy your choice of cereals, yoghurts, and hot toast.

No pets please, but, we welcome guests with their guide dogs, please call us directly to discuss your requirements.
