With a range of apartments on offer – from studios sleeping two persons, to 2 bedroom apartments accommodating up to 7 persons – they are ideal for both couples and families alike.

Accessibility
Sunningdale Apartments is a Large Victorian Villa built in the Late 1800s. We are situated on Babbacombe Downs Road on the Sea Front.

The Large Car Park is situated up a slope from the road and there is plenty of room to open doors etc. One can drive right to the front door to offload Luggage.

There are a couple of small steps up to the Wide Front Door.

The First Floor Apts Nos 3.8.9.10.11.14.17.18.19 and 20 are all accessed by a wide staircase of approx 19 stairs and therefore not suitable for wheelchair use.

The Ground Floor Apts Nos 1.2.4.5 and 7 are all accessed through the main Front Door and then along Ground Floor corridors to normal 30 inch doors to Apts.

All Doors are Heavy Fire Doors fitted with door Closures as the Building is fitted with a mains central alarm system for smoke and fire.

Apts Nos 6.15.16.17 and 18 are all accessed from Garden Level but all have one step up into Front Doors.

All Apartments have Bathrooms with Showers fitted over Baths. Some Apartments are easier to use wheelchairs in than others and we recommend you enquire as to suitability before booking.

There are laundry facilities on site.

Christmas Week Supplement

Studio & one bedroom apartments – £50.00

Studio Apartments will accommodate a maximum of two people.

Some One Bedroom Apartments will accommodate up to four people with additional bed in the lounge.

Two Bedroom Apartments can accommodate four to six people.

Booking Terms and Conditions

The accommodation shall be used only by the persons listed on the Booking Form. More persons may be added by arrangement with the proprietors, providing the capacity of the apartments is not exceeded.
The person making the booking must be 21 years old or over.

Cancellations must be advised by registered post at least 28 days before booking is due to begin. The hirer will be held responsible for the full amount of the booking unless the accommodation is re-let. Booking Deposits are non-returnable. We strongly advise you to insure against cancellation, and an Insurance Proposal Form will be forwarded with confirmation.

Unless prior arrangement has been made, the proprietors reserve the right to re-let accommodation if it has not been claimed by 9.00pm on the confirmed day of arrival.

Important
No specific apartment will be reserved for a guest unless confirmed in writing by the proprietor.
An apartment with sea views cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the proprietor.

No pets may be brought into the apartment.

Terms are weekly – Saturday to Saturday, other than out of season mini-breaks.

Arrival
Apartments will be avilable from 2:30pm until 6:00pm, other times by arrangement.
Departure
Apartments must be vacated by 10:00am

In the interest of others, tenants must ensure that there is no unreasonable amount of noise within their apartment at any time, and in particular any radio, television or CD player must not be audible from outside the apartment in which they are being used.
The hirer will be responsible for the contents of the apartment whilst in his/her possession. Any breakages, loss or damage to the apartment or premises, its fixtures or contents, must be paid for.

We expect our visitors to leave the apartment tidy and the cooker clean.

The proprietors shall not be liable to any person for any personal injury, or loss of, or damage to property, however caused or sustained.
Terms
Includes all bed linen and blankets, tea towel, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Towers can be hired at £2.00 each, per week if required.
Children
(In carry-cot-no charge), all other children are classed as adults. A cot and high chair will be provided free if required.
Electricity
By £1 meter. All apartments are separately metered.
Television
Remote control colour television with teletext and freeview in all apartments. Apartments No.1 and No.9 also have videos.
Central Heating
Most apartments have night storage heating which will be supplied free of charge when appropriate.
Deposit
25% with booking, balance payable on arrival. A booking is complete when you receive our official confirmation.
