Anthony's Menu

This place is the dream that I have carried since I was a small child. Now my dream is real I realise that I must turn around, take your hand and show you how I got here. These dishes of the souvenirs and keepsakes of my life, enjoy!
Below is a tiny highlight of just a few extraordinary dishes

Mushroom and black truffle risotto
The woody mountains of my Italian home produce these most wonderful members of the fungus family. My son loves this dish at 6 ft. 4 and still only 16, it can't have done him any harm!

Garlic king prawns
The beach nearest to my Italian home has some wonderful fish restaurants, this is where I fell in love with seafood. Best served simple these are panfried in butter and garlic.

Steak Gianni
A beautiful fillet steak presented on a pate covered crouton topped with Stilton cheese and a drizzle of red wine and onions. This dish is in honour of my first nephew. He was born in December 1999 and I can't wait him to join his uncle Antony in the kitchen.

Fresh Hearts
Don't panic! These hearts are artichoke hearts. They are seared in garlic butter and served on a bed of mushrooms, onions and sweet peppers. Since I have never understood vegetarians I found it hard to create a personal dish especially them, so this is not to liking, just say and I'll do something else for you.
