Use of the site

Go Torbay is free to use for visitors, venues and advertisers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change features or pricing at any time.

User content

Events, business listings and any content submitted by registered users remain the property of the submitting party. By submitting you grant Go Torbay a non-exclusive licence to display and promote it indefinitely. Submitted content is subject to moderation; we may decline or remove content at our discretion.

Liability

Information published is accurate to the best of our knowledge but provided without warranty. Always verify event dates and prices with the venue before travelling. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on site content.

Advertising

Ad bookings are confirmed in writing. Payment is monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Either party may cancel with 14 days notice; pro-rated refunds for unused portions.
